As it is specified in point 6 of the section "Conditions of sale", this is our policy of returning non-conforming products. The Customer has the right to return defective or non-conforming products. The Client has 7 days from the moment of detecting the non-conformity of the product to inform Jamoneria Gourmet about the defect or non-conformity and proceed to the return of the product to Jamoneria Gourmet.

If the Customer returns the product because it is defective or due to its non-conformity and the return is accepted, Jmaoneria Gourmet will replace the product with another of equal characteristics and will assume the shipping costs, in addition to the direct costs of the return, within a maximum period thirty (30) days from the reception by Jamoneria Gourmet of the product reason for the return.

In the event that the returned product is incomplete, or a part of it has been consumed, Jabonera Gourmet will invoice the Customer approximately what was consumed before the delivery of the substitute. The foregoing is without prejudice to the rights that the Client holds as a consumer in accordance with the provisions of current mandatory regulations on consumer protection. We also have money back if the client so wishes.

What do I have to do to return an item?

Simply send a message within 30 days of receiving the order through our contact form or by sending an email to

In the message you send you should not forget to put the following information:

- your name

- your cellphone

- your e-mail

- the order number 

- the reference of the article or articles that you want to return.

If you made your payment by card you should not add anything else, since the refund will be made on your own card.

If you paid through Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer or Paypal, we need you to send us a bank IBAN (it replaces the bank account number in the current legislation) to make the money back by transfer.

If the bank account is in the name of another person, you must indicate so that the transfer is valid. You will find the details of the order and the articles in the delivery note that accompanies your shipment.

We will reply within 2 working days, authorizing the return and communicating the agency that will make the collection of the return and when they will estimate it.
