This can of 50 grams contains between 8 and 9 fillets, completely clean, of a suitable small size, regular, in its right point of salt, with a magnificent flavor in addition to its incredible texture.
The presentation is taken care of in detail, being very important to impress from the first moment. The fillets that have been hand-drilled one by one to achieve a superior quality are placed horizontally interlaced with each other. Conservas Angelachu was created in Santoña at the end of the 90s, with the experience of four generations of professional fishmongers and canners.
This family business follows the motto of "Authentic artisan tradition". In its preparation they look for the quality of the raw material with the seasonal fish obtaining it by means of a handcrafted manual capture looking for the ideal size. They are very committed to taking care of the original and traditional processes.
