Ham from pure Iberian pigs 100% of their own breeding, raised in freedom with an exquisite diet based on pastures, cereals and acorns. Its cure ranges from 30 to 44 months under the continental climate of Guijuelo in natural dryers and cellars. Of very fine bone, long and well profiled, with appropriate cut of fat of very soft consistency.
The cut presents an attractive cherry red color, good infiltration and veining, and a shine (both in lean and fat) characteristic of its high quality. Its taste is very pleasant, sweet and smooth. For every taste. Numbered own production.
