Ham from pork of the Duroc breed, and selected raw material of the highest quality. Duroc ham has a degree of fat infiltration superior to Serrano ham and is characterized by an optimum point of cure and a low salt content. It is a 100% natural product since its only ingredients are Duroc pork ham and common salt, without any added additives. The cure exceeds 20 months, being slow and completely natural in our cellar.
