For this, Jamones Agrojam selects the raw material choosing the best pieces of the best livestock: females or castrated with a minimum thickness of bacon and made 100% handmade in Teruel. The salting, the artisanal pressing of the meat and the post-salting is done following the typical style of the area and culminates with the natural maturation of the product, without acceleration of the process, at room temperature in the ideal microclimate offered by the Teruel lands .
Savoring it is a ritual to enjoy alone or in company; as an appetizer, accompaniment or main dish, and for which we recommend taking into account certain recommendations:
Cut into thin slices with the help of a sharp knife
Serve freshly cut and at room temperature to enhance its aroma
To present in small slices (of the size of a bite) and, preferably, to do it in a plate previously heated to enhance its flavor.
